I was wondering if I should be ofended (Spoiler)

The final scene character Earnest was soooooo gay I wondered if I should be offended. But then I realized this was directed by openly gay director George Cukor and I laughed and laughed and laughed. I can just imagine him directing, "I need MORE of a limp wrist! Nellier! Nellier!"
