Was John Carradine's Scene Cut from Morning Glory?

On the IMBDb cast list, John Carradine is listed as appearing in the film as a "Dream Apparition." Where in the film is there a dream sequence? I just watched the DVD and I didn't see any dream sequence -- or any Carradine. Are there scenes missing from the Turner DVD?

Carradine was reportedly in a Romeo and Juliet dream sequence that was cut from the film and, supposedly, no longer exists.
