Gold Diggers of 1933

Wow! The shower scene in this movie reminds me so much of 'Petting in the Dark' in Gold Diggers of 1933. The shadows of the women undressing, the leg swaying,etc. I bet they saw the aforementioned movie in May 33 and decided to interpose this to spice up the movie.

I love the girl who says, "Clean as a whistle, pink as a babeeee!" She's adorable. Too bad she's probably long dead.

Sad that the Hayes Code ended these 'racy' scenes. Risque for 1933, but would be G rated today.
