Man's Castle DVD? Please?

Come on. Why can't we get this on DVD? I mean, there's not even an american video release. Is there some sort of problem with who holds the rights?

It's a columbia picture :
Here's a list of Columbia classics still not available on DVD (region 1 or 2) but it's true that they do quite a good work with their library (releasing early capra and Preminger films for instance)

Man's Castle
Underworld USA (Fuller)
the crimson kimono (fuller)
The Line Up (Don Siegel)
My name is Julia Ross (Joseph Lewis)

I've found a few sites that sell Man's Castle on DVD and video for a pretty reasonable price. I found the first copy I got of it a few years ago at robertsvideos.com for $25. I have since found it cheaper elsewhere. I can't remember off hand at the moment. I'll look a round a little and post again when I find them.

Trouble is, if we buy these movies on the grey market they're less likely to get released. I saw this film on cable 20 or 25 years ago, so am pretty sure there's no rights problem. The Fox box makes Borzage more viable so release is possible.
