Would love to see this out on DVD!

This film is a remarkable action film of the 1930s, and since it is pre-code, made in 1932, has over-the-top action violence in it that would not be seen in films again until the late 1960s. It's an exciting, though of course dated by today's production values, rousing adventure at times looking at this behind-the-scenes view of Hollywood stuntmen and their dangerous daredevil stunt work, as it was at the movie studios of the early 1930s.
This film is noteworthy for the action violence sequence of gangsters robbing a bank with machine guns at the beginning, filmed from the point-of-view of being a behind-the-scenes look at how Hollywood staged and filmed such an elaborate special effects and stunt scene, with the bank an elaborate movie set filmed from multiple angles. Also noteworthy for being produced by David O. Selznick and Merian C. Cooper, whose next film project after this was KING KONG. The amazing action stunt scenes are worth it alone!

I would love to see this film released on DVD!
