NRA in credits

In the crazy credits section, the message is about the NRA, which in 1933 referred to the National Recovery Act--not the National Rifle Association. So that reference is not so crazy in the correct context. Most pictures and businesses posted signs that indicated they were supportive of Roosevelt's NRA--an act meant to help get the country out of the Great Depression.

In one of the early scenes in the movie, there is also a NRA sign on the circus tent.
