I'm no expert on Mae West, but isn't that like, a trademark line of hers? She says it one other time in this film closer to the beginning. I also just watched My Little Chickadee and a variation of it is there as well. Not to mention W.C. Fields says it to Mae West at the end of the movie, and it feels like that was a little wink and nod to the audience.
-------------------- "Ram this in your clambake, bitchcakes!"
You're probably right, but I've also heard a lot of people say that she never actually said the line and that it is mis-attributed to her in "She Done Him Wrong", sort of like Cagney's "you dirty rat."
But when I saw "I'm No Angel" for the first time the other day, I clearly heard her say the exact line "come up and see me sometime". and had to come here (and to her main page) to document exactly where she says it.
I just recently discovered Mae West myself, so I wouldn't know anything about any dispute over the line. But you're right, she says it word for word at the end of this movie.

She also says, "Come up and see me" to Cary Grant in "She Done Him Wrong," right before she adds, "Oh...you can be *had*."
