Some Of Ginger's Scenes Were Deleted?

I have be running across some various pictures of Ginger in various internet image collections, which have claims to be from this movie. However, after seeing the movie... They did not seem like anything I had actually seen! I have run across some other pictures of Ginger from other films, which seem to be more Promotional Photos, rather than ones from "On Set". So I figured that is what was going on. But, I just saw this picture:

Found on this Webpage:

There is a paragraph on the Webpage that notes of an article involving an interview with Ginger and she confirmed that the film did have "deleted scenes"!

The details of the deleted scenes as noted on the Webpage:

"some missing scenes, in particular Ginger singing "I've Got to Sing a Torch Song" atop a black piano wearing a very alluring outfit."

What the heck? Even if there was some issue with Ginger and the Studio, Why would anyone still want to delete wonderful scenes from a movie? While the movie is great as it is, it would have been even better with more scenes with Ginger Rogers in it. I did get this feeling while watching the movie that Ginger was a bit "absent" from much of the film after the opening sequence. Well, Now I know why... At least we still got to see Ginger sing "We're In The Money" in Pig Latin!

Are these Deleted Scenes still around somewhere, perhaps uploaded to YouTube?

EDIT:

Well...

I found a "video" of Ginger singing "I've Got to Sing a Torch Song" on YouTube. It is just an Audio Clip with random pictures of Ginger throughout her life. however, the pictures of Ginger sitting on the Piano, are from the deleted scene of her singing the song...):

I'm not sure if this recording is what she actually sang for the film, or if it is a re-recording. But by the sound of her "youthful" voice, it does sounds to me like it might be the real recording from 1933. I am surprised that it didn't make it into the film. I think it is a nice little song.

Interestingly, the opening credits of the final cut of the film, was a medley of songs from the film, and featured a bit of the melody from the song that was not included...

I still would like to see video of this scene...
