Does anyone know...
which department store was used to photograph some of the interiors? I've had no luck so far identifying this, but presume it was likely one of the (then) enormous department stores in downtown Los Angeles?
shareI assume the long shots of store interiors came from a NYC store or stores. Seems like a lot of furs were worn by women shoppers in the long shots of stores.
Other more intimate store scenes were probably done on the Warner soundstages.
