Great news, I've found that this is available in Australia on DVD, as "BOGUS BANDITS"; it can be ordered from internet suppliers such as ezydvd.com.au or atlanticdvd.com.au for AUD9.05, about USD6.

I have the Bogus Bandits version on VHS. Unfortunately, it's got some missing footage. I'll wait till "The Devil's Brother" version is available. In my opinion this is L&H's best movie!
