Bailey was NOT married to Ruby

One rather prolific imdb reviewer talks about Bailey and Ruby having an open marriage. The two were not married, just (probably) lovers. That is implied. What Bailey did was something a stand-up guy would do. When he finds himself falling for Frances Dee's character, he goes to Ruby and tells her that he is in love with someone else but he hopes that he and Ruby can still be friends. I just thought that I would clear that little matter up.
