Where is the DVD??

I've heard great stuff about this but why the hell isn't it on DVD yet? Problems with rights, perhaps?

... several copies in vhs tape format avail on amazon; also showing again on TCM NOV 24 2008. could be a supply & demand issue keeping it from going to dvd. Boatload of stars here... 28 year old Constance Bennett, Gregory Ratoff was Max Fabian in All About Eve 1950, Neil Hamilton will be Commissioner Gordon on Batman, Eddie Anderson, the butler will be "Rochester" with Jack Benny. Louise Beavers will make Imitation of Life with Claudette Colbert.

Agree, What Price Hollywood? is one great film and seems very modern for 1932 technology.

What Price Hollywood? casts stellar performers, as you aptly mention, and if you don't have DVDs nor TCM nor Youtube, then this is well worth the watch on VHS, as well, because sometimes that is the best way to go when other sources are not available.

Oh yes, there are MANY old films on YT! If they are in the public domain, someone has probably uploaded them. Many are also on Amazon Instant Video, which is free if you have Prime. I just watched this and really enjoyed it.
