Does anyone know how big of a part Frank McHugh has in this film?
He plays 'The Drunk'. Is he only in one scene, or does he show up here & there throughout the film?

Sorry for the late answer, but yes, he has just the one scene early on. However, it does play an important part in advancing the story.

And it does get to laugh, albeit briefly, with his signature laugh (haaa haaa haaa haaa).
