Does anyone remember the line about seeing the moon in a glass of champagne or something like that? I think it is from this film? If anyone knows -- thanks!

Watched this movie tonight...the line is definitely in there.
shareyes...i just saw the movie...it's right on the start...monsieur la vale says and i want the moon on the champagne...and the waiter-like guy serving him says: yes sir moon on champagne and he writes it down...ha...weird little quote

When describing what he wants for the dinner he says
"waiter, you see that moon? I want to see it reflected in the champaigne"
to which the waiter rights it down an repeats
"Moon...in... champagne"
"and waiter"
"yes"
"as for you"
"yes"
"While I don't want to see you, at all"
