Jane in this film is one of the most annoying characters in the history of film. Tarzan should've just left her to be eaten.
At least it's not as bad as "Cay-rol AY-un! Cay-rol AY-un!" from POLTERGEIST.

Cheeta is the annoying noise maker!, I can not play Tarzan movie high over my homemovie system, otherwise my neighbors think that I am torturing monkeys in my living room! ;-)
That's about the only word she knows he understands so what else is she going to say? I like when she just talks to him as if he understands but those are usually in more intimate settings when they're close together. When she has to call out to him, she hasn't learned the yell so she has to scream across the jungle. In those cases she can only say one word, the one that matters.
