Words mysteriously appear on window

About 27~29 minutes into the movie words appear on the window of the Shamrock bar.

As I was watching the window get shot up and noticed words soft ????? buffet & take out at the bottom of the window that was shot up, I backed up a few seconds to try to read all the words and that is when I noticed something strange. There were no words on the bottom of the window, when the shooting started they magically appeared at the bottom of the window when the shooting started.
