Once again, TCM cuts off the ending

For most of the world that DVRs films from TV today, TCM's misinforming schedule cut off the very end of this film. However, I suspect that it might have been a matter of mere seconds this time. The last thing I saw was a sequence in which one person in each of three couples says, "Don't you realize I love you?" and then Durante attempts to kiss the housekeeper, but his nose gets in the way. At this point, the film cuts off.

Did I miss anything?

Thanks!

I just watched it from that same broadcast and it wasn't cut off.

So did it end with the Durante kiss?

reply

She grabs his nose and holds it out of the way so they can actually kiss. The End.

Runtime of 73 minutes. If it was in a 75 minute timeslot, I usually add an extra minute or two on my DVR, just in case. I just watched it and it happened to be in a 90 minute timeslot. Go figure.

Thanks for the closure, even if it sounds as if was just a second or two.

Yes, when I DVR I usually try add a minute or three on each side, but I don't always remember.
