What's the name of the ragtime song at the beginning of the short?

I assume it's by Harry Graham, Marvin Hatley, Leroy Shield, or does anyone recognize it from somewhere else?

I can't imagine that Professor von Schwarzenhoffen would have enjoyed it.

Hi,
The song being played in the piano shop is titled "The King's Horses (and The King's Men)". The first verse is as follows:

"The King's Horses,
The King's Men,
March Up The Street
and they march back again,
The King's Horses
and The King's Men".
