Any youngsters seen this? I'm 17.

I'm only 17, and found this a treat, but at the same time am well aware of the fact that being black and white alone most people would rather eat their own shoes than even thinking of watching this! But it was absolutely hilarious! Rarely do you get original slapstick comedy, as revolutionary, and perfectly executed as this!
I think of myself as being lucky for not holding any qualms (think thats a word) about something being black and white. For example, my favourite film is Seven Samurai.

I suppose the question is, are there any other youngsters that watched this, and what did you think of it.

About 4 years ago I bought the 21 dvd box-set of (nearly) all of their films & shorts and I have to say that my two children (now aged 10 & 11) absolutely love them! They think the slapstick humour and the way Stan & Ollie play off one another is first class. So their comedy really is timeless, as if we all didn't know that already!

Laurel & Hardy had a unique gift for perfect comedy timing and I never tire of watching it, neither do the kids!

And NO potty humour... so much better for your kids than what it aimed at them today.

TIMELESS is the word. The beauty of films like this is that it doesn't matter how old you are, when you first see them.

In another 100 years, it will still be hilarious for first-time viewers.

I'm 16 and I love this along with Laurel and Hardy's other stuff as well as Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd, and The Marx Brothers.

I'm in the Laurel and Hardy Appreciation Society and we still have kids coming to and enjoying the meetings. The Boys will live forever!
