great E.G.Robinson roles. Played to perfection(as usual by Eddie). Also a great final scene, I shan't spoil it, you'll have to see it for yourself. PS, I knew someone would make a racist comment about this movie,with whites playing the Chinese parts. Don't let that or the ratings fool you. Watch it the next time it is on.
shareI agree. They did a good job on EG Robinson to look Chinese, but my only complaint is he needed to dump his Bronx accent and speak like the other Chinese!
shareI watched this movie last night, and it's indeed great. And the final scene is so surprising!
A pity people rate this kind of movies lower than they should, just because political correctness seems to be in everybody's blood nowadays. To those people I would like to say: get a life, and worry about things that really matter.
This was the 30th movie with Edward G. Robinson I watched, and I'm looking forward to more. Fortunately, there are!
