I hope you set your VCR, DVD recorder or sat TV (cable) DVR to record the movie as I did. It's worth keeping & yes I recorded the movie to a DVD from my DVR so that I could keep it. Great movie & the nude part was very well done.

I did set my DVR, and it cut off the last few minutes, as TCM so often makes happen when the actual runtime is longer than the announced, scheduled time slot. As the movie was shown at two in the morning, there must have been quite a few people frustrated by the cut-off when they watched it from their DVRs/TiVos.

Fortunately, the film is also on youtube, so I was able to catch the last few minutes. I just wish that The White Sister and The Flowers of St. Francis were also on youtube, as TCM also cut the ends off those films as well.

I had the same problem TWICE! I believe that TCM had the running time listed at 82 min. on the two previous airings, there is an 82min. version as well as an 87min.(1986 alternate version), as well as a 95min. French version. The Oct. 2010 guide shows the length at 88min. The last two times I attempted to copy it I am almost positive that it was shown as the Sun. import; meaning it started between 2am & 2:30am after the Sun. silent. If I am correct that would mean that Robert Osbourne did his intro before the film began, Robert's intro's usually run from 4-5min. and could explain how my recording missed the last 1-2 minutes.

The next showing is on Oct. 21st (Thurs.) at 4:00am eastern time (technically Fri.morning Oct. 22nd), though TCM schedules their days from 6am to 6am; ex. Thurs Oct. 21st 2010 begins at 6am and ends at 6am Fri. the 22nd. Most fans of TCM should already know this, but I don't want to confuse anyone.FOR THE CORRECT TIME & DATE CHECK THE TCM WEB-SITE!.

Because TCM is airing "Ecstasy" at 4:00am, there won't be any R.Osborne intro. only the "Open All Night" opener that runs around 1min.(less than 2min. to the begining of movie). My only concern is that the next scheduled program is at 5:30am. SO SET YOUR DVR's and/or RECORDERS TO RUN OVER BY 5min. Hopefully, they will air the 87-88min alternate version which should give just enough time to fit the whole film.

-GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I try to keep up the habit of recording 5 minutes over whenever I record anything from TCM. It seems that whenever I forget to do so, I get burned (as I did recently with Stromboli).

Thanks for the heads up re. the next Ecstasy showing.
