Is this a Silent film?

I know it's coming up on Turner but I just viewed the clip on youtube and it's Hedy and the guy on the grass looking at a flower and no one is talking. Is there any talking at all in the film? I don't care if it's in another language, I just want to know if there is talking?

No, it's not a silent film but it's built to look like that. There's very little talking. The language is German.
