I just noticed an odd fact
The actresses playing Isabelle as an adult and Isabelle as a child died in the same year. AND, the actresses playing Gypsy as an adult and Gypsy as a child also died in the same year.
Anyway, a really nice movie.
The actress who played Isabelle as a child was Dawn O'Day, who in August 1934 became Anne Shirley. She sadly passed away on the 4th July 1993 aged 74. She was born in New York on the 17th April 1919. Her final film was RKOs "Murder, My Sweet" (1944) where she was Ann Grayle.
