Does any one have a copy of this film or know where one can be obtained?

It is available on DVD. In fact, I just received it from Netflix on Feb. 27, 2009.

It is available on DVD from the incomparable Criterion company as part of a box set with Bernards 1934 version of "Les Miserables."
