Kate's name misspelled in end credits

I just saw this film on Turner Classic Movies and noticed in the end credits that RKO's titles department misspelled her name - "KathErine" and not the correct - "KathArine" Hepburn. No wonder she was a stickler about her name spelling for the rest of her career.

i've actually noticed this in a couple other movies too...i forget which ones though.

It's misspelled in the opening credits of Capra's "State of the Union" -- a glaring mistake!
