shareCongrats, VideoMan. I have also seen all three "Back Street" versions (1932,1941,1961) and also have tried to collect as many Irene Dunne films as available, a task well worth the effort.
Yes, also agree that 1932's pre-code version has outstanding quality of film resolution, as though this were produced after the advent of high-speed rolling, circa 1938. Naturally, as you probably well observe, this instance remains far from the exception, as many other talkies and early post-code films retain quite a clear viewing quality.
