Runs on the bank! Financial institutions teetering on crumbling into ruin!!

Sounds just like today!!

I've been recommending this to all my friends as a timely piece to enjoy!

Heck, I'm posting this at the very beginning of Q4 2009 and it's still a "timely piece," as you put it.

(Though I expect that a great many people wish it were not.)

It's Q2 2011, and this film is still very timely (though the characters seem a lot more ethical than today's bankers).

Though investment banks like Bear Stearns got wiped out than traditional banks, you have a point.
