Women in this movie

I really hadn't heard of any of them, but some of the women were incredibly gorgeous.

Yeah the one that got kicked out was a stunner.

The one got kicked out was Margaret Livingston who will forever be remembered as The City Woman in F.W. Murnau's 1927 masterpiece SUNRISE: A SONG OF TWO HUMANS. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. After turning down a marriage proposal she went to Hollywood and nearly starved before getting established. Paul Whiteman worked on the music track for SUNRISE and fell in love with Miss Livingston without having seen her in person. Meeting her some time later he pursued her to be his wife. She agreed only if he lost so many pounds and had a divorce. They eventually married (and remained married until his death). Margaret Livingston wisely decided not to try to balance her marriage with a film career. Having appeared in numerous silent films she made only a hand full of sound films before retiring. It's nice to have an opportunity to see her in a sound film.
