I do wish they'd release this on DVD...

After all, whether the film is soapy or not, I'm sure that Helen Hayes' Oscar-winning performance is one that more than a few people would like to see!

Perhaps we'll see it in the third Forbidden Hollywood collection, should it come into being...?

have no idea,,you think with Ms Hayes winning an Academy Award as Best Actress the academy would release all Oscar Winners and Nominnes on dvd

They JUST aired it, ended minutes ago...

They just showed it yesterday, March 6. A person really has to keep on top of TCM so as to not miss anything. I subscribe to the guide, but even so, sometimes thing change, especially if a star dies. I usually check a week at a time on the TV schedule, but have to be careful I don't record too many things.

I just loved this not just because she lived in Nyack, NY, where I worked and was married, but because she is/was such a legend.
