Why were Mat and Tommy mad at Putty nose? It wasn't his fault; Matt shot at the stuffed bear and that drew the cops. Just because Putty nose didn't let them in the hideout.
He didn't provide them a safe house, despite promising that he would provide for them if anything went wrong.
