Is this on DVD anywhere?

I saw a brief clip of this film in the documentary for the film "M" on the latest Criterion DVD (both films were profiled in a sickening Nazi propaganda film, and a brief extract of that film was shown during the "M" documentary), and it looked rather interesting. Is this available on DVD anywhere?

It appears not but I wish it was. I would very much like to see this. It is frustrating to read about a great movie, decide "Oh, I can't wait to see that!" and then learn that you don't get to see it.
