although the peanut eating and the vacuum cleaning is a bit much, and the end is kind of weird.

It was predictable. I didn't care for it much. The ending was weird, I agree with that.

I enjoyed the peanut-guzzling policeman with the butler having to vacuum the nutshells up. And they do become part of the plot after all.
