M has a strong beginning, but it takes too many unnecessary turns, including a subplot about crime bosses. It barely has to do with the main plot and it makes the movie drag. By the time HARS BECKERT (the villain) hid in an office building, I was ready to give up on the movie... but then he gets caught. The climax is just amazing. The ending is deep but rushed. At the time, characters would break the 4th wall only in propaganda films. Let's just say that there's a reason and this movie will make you understand it. That being said, Peter Lorre's performance is very good and there are certain shots that you just can’t take your eyes off.

M tiene un inicio fuerte, pero se da muchas vueltas innecesarias, entre ellas una sub-trama que involucra jefes criminales. Casi no tiene nada que ver con la trama principal y hace que la película se alargue. Para cuando HARS BECKERT (el villano) se escondió en un edificio de oficinas, yo estaba listo para rendirme con respecto a la película... pero luego lo atrapan. El clímax es simplemente increíble. El final es profundo pero apresurado. En esos tiempos, los personajes rompían la 4ta pared solo en películas propagandistas. Solo digamos que hay una razón y que esta película les hará entenderla. Habiendo dicho eso, la actuación de Peter Lorre es muy buena y hay ciertas tomas las cuales no pueden dejar de mirar.

M ha un inizio forte, ma ha indugiato molto senza necessità, tra loro una trama secondaria cui include capi criminali. Quasi non ha niente a che vedere con la trama principale e fa che il film si allunghi. Quando HARS BECKERT (il cattivo) si è nascosto in un edificio adibito a uffici, già ero pronto per rinunciare al film... ma dopo l'hanno colto. Il climax è semplicemente incredibile. La fine è profonda ma affrettata. A quei tempi, i personaggi rompevano la 4ta parete solo in film propagandisti. Mettiamo che c'è una raggione e che questo film vi farà capirla. Detto questo, la recitazione di Peter Lorre è molto buona e ci sono certe shots cui non potete lasciare di guardare.
