That strange and inappropriate kiss!

Okay, there is Oedipus Rex and then there is this. I'm exaggerating a bit, but there is a scene somewhere in the middle, when McCrae is about to leave for something, I forget, it doesn't matter, but right before he leaves, he give his mother a kiss on the lips that was more passionate than the one in Hitch's Notorious! Now I know that many mothers and their children kiss on the lips until adulthood (still icky to me no matter what age), and they especially showed it in the 30's when the overacting could be a it overboard, but really, that kiss almost made my pants feel tighter (I kid), but serious, that was one creepiest and most incestuous kisses I've seen. Whatcha think?
