Random and fun idea

Random thought. The 1931 Dracula was made only about 34 years after the Dracula novel was published. Okay, suppose both Dracula and Van Helsing actually lived. Dracula took on the persona of a Transylvanian actor named Bela Lugosi (That part of Hungary he was born in, is in Transylvania and was reclaimed by Romania). Now let's look at that Van Helsing, played by Edward Van Sloan. It sounds like both Dracula and Van Helsing took on flimsy aliases to play themselves in a movie. This could make for a really amusing Shadow of the Vampire-esque movie. Quick, someone tell Hollywood!

Sounds like the same plot device used for the remake of "Bewitched."
