So I am the first to comment, eh?

I got to see this through the special features of my disc for "A Christmas Carol" (1938)
It was great to see all the actors so young and vibrant, a real piece of history. LOVE Clark Gable!!!

Who would have thought a good little girl like you could destroy my beautiful wickedness?

I watched this for the first time this year too. I got to the part with Bette Davis and was like.... what the hell was that???

It was a very strange exchange between her and Jackie Cooper!

reply

Actually it wasnt Bette Davis...it was Marion Davies. (I thought it was Bette Davis, too!) They do look alike!

I see it says Marion Davies in the credits on IMDB... but i SWEAR that kid says "Hey Miss Davis".... !!!

Yeah, so did I...forgetting that Bette Davis worked for Warner Brothers and sometimes RKO, not MGM. Kinda dissapointed, I would have loved to have seen her in something like this! And Marion Davies does look like her.

I thought it was Bette Davis as well. I just saw this for the first time last night. I love the fact that its a piece of Hollywood History but on the merits of the short itself its just stupid.

Really? I believe it is a great piece of work.
