How about a DVD of both versions?

Warner Bros. and TCM (Turner Classic Movies) released a great double DVD set of some of Chaney's films recently, and it was an excellent package. It would be great to see a DVD double feature of both the sound remake and the original 1925 silent version of THE UNHOLY THREE. (The studio did it with the 1931 and 1941 versions of DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE, as well as with 1933's MYSTERY OF THE WAX MUSEUM and 1953's HOUSE OF WAX.)

If/When they finally do a DVD, I hope that they find a copy of the script to use when they closed-caption it. We can find out what Harry Earles is saying.

And know for certain if they have a script. I still can't get over how in the commentary on my copy of Freaks, Skal is saying Earles is saying one thing when the closed-captioning says it's something else.

Both versions of "The Unholy Three" have been been released as "burned on order" DVD-Rs from Warner Home Archives. Alas, no shipping outside of the US, but at least their finally available.

1,000 mini-bios and I feel like I'm just getting started
