Could It Be Jean Harlow in the Fashion Scene?

I was just wondering if the girl in the fashion sequence, she is sitting
with a couple of little dogs and an old admirer, be Jean Harlow? I was
really struck by the resemblance. She is not a model but is in the audience
and the camera picks her out.
