I love Sally Eilers so much! She didn't have the kind of career that Norma had, but then she wasn't married to the head of the studio. (Make no mistake. I adore Norma. I taped all the Norma Shearer movies I haven't seen off TCM and I'm watching one every two to three days.)

The two Sally Eilers movies that I highly recommend are Without Orders (with Robert Armstrong and Ward Bond) and Condemned Women (with Anne Shirley).

As for Norma, I don't give recommendations because you can just watch any of them because Norma is in them.
