There is a sound version available on DVD. I purchased it a few days ago and both the sound and picture quality are very good.

A question for those who have seen both versions of this film: Were the two films edited from the same footage, or were they shot separately? Is there much of a difference in the look of the two, beyond the quality of the prints?

You can get a sound copy from vintagefilmbuff.com. I have one, and it is pretty good.
