For those who are looking to see this movie, it is available for free streaming and free download through the Internet Archive (archive.org).

This is obviously a post-1938 re-release print, as it contains the Flight Commander title cards that were issued after the popular remake. But if you are looking for the original 1930 version, this is it, and it is available for free.
