Just curious to the historical cinema context...

Just finished watching this little dated gem on TCM. Was this the first feature film to have both sound and color? The year of its release was 1930, so I am very curious if any film or celluloid historian knows the answer or if there was one other feature that predates this. I know of no other.

Several months before this film was released Wheeler & Woolsey appeared in Rio Rita (1929) with Bebe Daniels, also a talkie with color sequences. But there were a number of other musicals released that year that featured color sequences, including The Hollywood Revue of 1929. There was also an all-color short called The Toy Shop that was released at Christmas in 1928.
