Laurel's laughing fit

According to John McCabe, the cast and crew inevitably began laughing whenever Stan did. In the silents, it was no big deal, but when sound came in there were many instances when the film had to shut down until everyone composed themselves.

My son and I saw this and the Spanish language version on TCM. The laughing scene was terrific in both versions.
