Why no DVD release?

The same with another Janet Gaynor film, "Small Town Girl" (1936). Is someone holding-up these releases or is demand limited? "Sunnyside Up" is a charming film and it would lend well to holiday marketing. It's also a little timecapsule, a great example of NYC immigration in the early 20th century. It reminds people of how diverse immigrant inflow was, only less than a century ago and the conditions of lower, middle class and working poor, in the 20's into the Depression era.
