Why is this never on TCM?

TCM plays all the Marx Brothers' movies except this one. Are the rights tied up?

It played on TCM last night (part of 24 hrs of the Marx Bros!)

Hopefully the rights have changed because they always left it out of their marathons in the past.

I taped all of them! All the classics played on TCM on Friday.
