(blatant) Spoiler question:

Did Neville figure out that Diana had been pregnant? You'd think so but at the end when Garbo lies to him that (I presume) Constance is pregnant his reaction made me think he never realized Diana's failed prenancy (though I'm sure he knew after she died).
Anyway, I was really surprised how much I liked this movie because usually silent films aren't my thing minus a few surreal (Metropolis) or comedic (Chaplin) ones.

In "The Green Hat," the book from which this movie was made, it's clearly stated that Diana was pregnant with Neville's child, conceived on the night of her brother's death.

In the movie, it's not at all clear that Neville and Diana fooled around that night (they were both still in their evening clothes when the Lewis Stone character finds them). And it's never stated that she was pregnant.

She was pregnant but miscarried in the movie, but due to censorship the movie couldn't say miscarriage, so it was up to the audience to interpret. Also when Neville was in the room with Dr. Hugh Trevelyan he hinted that Diana was pregnant like Neville should have known.

Yes, some say that Diana embraces the flowers as one would a lover. I say otherwise. She holds them as a mother would a child ... "I don't want much, just this one little thing." Such loss and wanting.

It's not all clear they fooled around? You must be kidding. It seemed pretty obvious to me that they slept together that night. There are many clear signs including the fact she's still there the next day. The look they give each other when the doctor says what time it was when Jeffry died is also very telling. They exchange a knowing, kind of guilty look; they knew what they were doing at the time Jeffry died.

Hugh knew he'd find them together and he knew what was going on. He saw Neville get into her car and they drove off. When he left Jeffry's place the next day, Neville's car was still outside in the same spot.

That's your proof that nothing happened? It would seem to suggest the opposite. In her case it's easy. She doesn't live there so there's no change of clothes. However, a lot of her clothes were on the arm of the sofa and not on her. After a wild night, he just hadn't gotten around to change his clothes; assuming they ever all came off.

And it's never stated that she was pregnant.
No, it's never specifically stated that she was pregnant and lost the child but it should be obvious. What the doctor says; how she behaves; and the amount of time that has elapsed; what else could it be? She's giving up the way one does when one has suffered loss after loss after loss and can't imagine withstanding another; she's close to broken.
