Disney Shorts-Purchase Where?

I am a big lover of Disney and Disney shorts, and I'm wondering where the best place to purchase them is. Also, is there a collection or DVD of them anywhere? I remember these videos I used to rent as a kid of different Disney cartoons all together. Usually they'd be all themed, having the main theme be Donald Duck or Pluto. Are these available, and if so, where?

yummyballerina, The Walt Disney Treasures has many of the classics in a set of two disc per package. They are limited edition though.
