DVD/Blu ray of restored version from Cohen Film Collection?

Looking at the film lineup for the 2015 TCM Festival it lists a new restored version of Steamboat from the Cohen Film Collection. Now I don't know how much a difference in quality this restored version has with currently available DVD/Blu Ray versions of the movie, but does anybody know if it will be made available for purchase some time after the festival?
