Hello, I'm interested in this movie, does anyone know how to get it????

the only place I've found it is at the UC Berkeley and they wont loan it to anyone, you would have to watch it there, if they let you. In Worldcat this film seem to be associated with another title 'Born Yesturday', they aren't the same are they?

I don't know, but this needs to be released. This film has been put on Sight and Sound top ten lists more than any other Barnet film. Put it on video! How many people are trying to track this down and can't find it!

Hey, kriege, CFB alumni. You may not even recall posting here, seeing as it was nearly seven years ago. I just stumbled across this title looking at this set on amazon: Landmarks of Early Soviet Film, (2011) - this may be the only proper release of the film.

I might start a thread on the CFB about the titles included in the set, as I haven't seen any and have only heard of the Eisenstein film.

Cheers, see you back at our usual stomping ground.

It's on the Landmarks of Early Soviet Film (2011), which has seven other early Soviet silent films, and not the usual titles. The set runs about $55.00 on amazon.
