Every decade needs its CCC: Cameron Canonworthy Classic.

Any news yet?

Kino Lorber just finished their entire run of the Keaton Masterpiece Features
but I guess they dont hold the rights to the Cameraman (and Spite Marriage)

Any news yet? I love this movie, but it needs a Blu Ray release combined with a better score (Joe Hisaishi please!)

Any news yet on the Blu Ray? I recently bought a Spanish version via Amazon but it was a fake, just a bad DVD blow up. Very dark and fuzzy.

I'm guessing you've seen the new Criterion Blu-ray release of this film? It's a superior release. And the movie itself is amazing.

I've seen two Buster Keaton movies so far: The General and The Cameraman. Can the man do any wrong?

Yess! I own it and am very very happy it finally came on Blu in an excellent package. Also very very happy they added Spite Marriage in HD as well :)

ps: You'll love all his shorts and features from his golden age.
That is 1917-1930 (with Spite Marriage as the last good one)

Have fun checking them out! Keaton is outstanding and unriveled.
